Delighted to be offering a new prenatal yoga class in Tooting Broadway, starting 23rd June. They will be on Monday evenings 6.15-7.15pm at Rechere’s Well-Being Centre 163-165 Tooting High Street. £12 per class with first class as drop-in and then blocks of 5 classes to be used within 7 weeks.
Pregnancy yoga is great for safely building strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy, and working with the pelvic floor. It also develops an awareness of which areas need to be also ‘loosened’ to help with pregnancy, labour and the postnatal period. My classes will be quite physical but will include breath work to help you in labour and meditation techniques to help you relax throughout your pregnancy.
Take some time for yourself to build strength and calm, whilst also meeting other new mums-to-be.
